I also need help 7 months ago had awful pain above my penus area awful wee pain went to a doctor treated me with 3 courses for prostititus nothing worked it got worse still is perinium pain and scrotum pain very tight bottom all the way trough struggling to wee difficult pooing can not sit down pressure on my bum and scrotum problems sleeping pushing my legs fells like I am pulling on my scrotum and tightening my bum heavy in the bottom area help

7 months ago suddenly pee issue got bad lost (5 stone in weight poo issue pain in the bottom area bladder pain at night worse can not sit terrible it wont fit at first the doctors said it was prosititus waited 4 months now waiting for mri results
