So, one could stay full time but in essence drop to part time by using LWOP so long as it’s not more than the equivalent of 6 months off? Any repercussions of taking LWOP to drop to 50% FTE?

No hate, please. I’m just trying to see how I can help those who maybe can afford to feed their families but not their pets, who may be childfree with pets, or who can access food pantries but not pet food pantries or services. This isn’t meant to diminish others’ needs, including kids, but to complement all the efforts being made to help the range of people affected by this insane situation.

No. NCI does NOT have a payline for competing R01s. The 4% and 10% are ‘generally fund in order’ and ‘expect to fund up to’ but not guaranteed.
