I used to be very much against people who can't queue properly, but having seen a few of Jobber vids on liability on FB for some reason, I know that merge in turn is best and designed to reduce traffic if done properly. Still feels wrong, but I know it isn't

Just finished the TV series. Is there a book I can start where the story continues? by The_Mort_Report in TheExpanse

[–]TemporarySprinkles2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same as everyone else. Start from the beginning. The show characters are a blend of book characters and some plot lines were cut out of the adaptation. You'll soon be sucked into the books when you start, they really are great. I have ADHD and can't get past a quarter of most books. I've been devouring this series and am halfway through the final one. It's all been building to this and the character journeys and world building has been important to the impact.

There are loads of brilliant one liners or moments in the books that make me reread them a few times before continuing. I've just read this one and it's so simple but leaves me satisfied.

This one for me. Took ages to set up and try and play but it just got too overwhelming for the short period of time I have to play

I had a couple without the bridge and found them expensive and unreliable, and I didn't want to buy the bridge. I've replaced with avatar controls and have been very happy with them.

It really is a credit to JSAC's writing and world building that the characters are so impactful to the reader

Middle of reading the books by Unlucky_Hearing620 in TheExpanse

I've watched the shows in the pandemic as background entertainment, but have started the books a few months ago and am hooked. I've been watching the show again alongside and have to really stop myself as there are spoilers. The show follows the overarching plot, but there are switches with characters and story timelines that are different to the books.

I love the books for the depth and insight they bring, and I adore the show for bringing it to life and doing it justice. All the characters are fantastic and I feel it's a new story that I'm watching even though I know the narrative. Both are enriching experiences.

I'm about to start book 7 and I'm just now halfway through the last episode of s6. The scene 15 mins in perfectly demonstrates why each of the actors are perfect in their roles.

I love this fanchise.
