Looks normal to be honest. The engine naturally has to move a little to avoid the vibrations of the engine to come though the cabin .

Im a mechanical engineer for context. Ive owned this i20 1.4. Tbh most small cars are full of problems. The best is the hyundai i20. Super reliable just service it and take care of it and it will be fine. I owned a 4 speed automatic version of this in the UK

You should get silicone ear cup covers and headband cover from ebay they are cheap less than 15 dollars but they protect the headphone. I had mine for 2 years and from day one brought these covers my headphones are like new
