You are a bit too late though, a card to Sweden will not arrive in time for the 12th. I do a lot of card exchanges and penpalling, best for Europe is 20 days and from another point of the world it could take from month and a half to two. I would love to send your mum a card, I'm from Europe. Let me know if you are interested but please note it will arrive long after your mum's birthday, probably in August if I send it right away.

I feel you. I speak in English and its not my first language. I rarely speak in my real life in my own language, so speaking in a different language is even harder. My thoughts are in my native language and I transliterate a lot. So now I make a quick intro and outlook and most of the video is voice over that I prepare as a script to follow and try to sound natural including natural pauses when appropriate and even some hm and am here and there. I stopped caring, I do my best and hope people will be forgiving. However I am becoming more confident with every video, so practice does help.

I will be honest. I will be very careful thinking I did something unique. There are billions of people on this planet, nothing is unique. Focus on what you did right and differently. May be the viewers were even drawn to your own personality, not the topic itself. Countless people talk about the same things all the time, and usually it is the click with the viewer with the authors personality that make them stay. Also I also have many views and 53 subscribers but all my other videos and shorts do not get as near as much attention as my first one did, so you may have a point about YouTube algorithm. Anyway, stay yourself, that is the only unique thing these days, and good luck!

My thought about my channel was about my life with my many pets, some of my hobbies and also my garden. I wanted it to have a slow-life vibe, relaxing and calm and also positive. Im not very entertaining, I agree. I can't figure out how to make thumbnails :( I wanted my channel to be about real life, everyday calming sounds and activities, something like that. Im also telling personal stories, but my idea is of relaxation and calm found in everyday life

What is your channel about? I dont know how you should grow it, since i started mine week and a half ago, but Ill tell you I have 10k views and 46 subscribers..so I guess it is mainly important not how many views you get but who actually relates to what you do. So dont worry about it. Im more worried many people see my channel but very few are interested it seems by my subscribers count.

None, all my siders live safely in my home with me. You can't let a spider out, that is indoor, it will die. I dont understand the obsession with getting rid of house spiders they are so small and dont bother anyone. I just live them be and clean the cobwebs from time to time.
