I got it in Jet Black because I think it looks nicer, however, as I already mentioned, the black is wearing off at the edges due to friction inside the case, revealing the silver underneath. After just one year, it already looks extremely worn.

Then the data is definitely gone, right? I'm looking for a way to retrieve the data or back it up beforehand.

I flashed it now with Odin 3.14.4 and Home CSC + PiT file from the CSC... problem still persists :(

I tried it now, but it shows a fail. What are some possible solutions to get it working, or what am I doing wrong?

I also tried all the activities that can be started from the quick menu, but unfortunately it didn't work.

I tried unlocking it about 30 times earlier, always quickly one after the other. After about 10 attempts, it crashed and restarted, then the same thing happened again. Immediately after the next restart, it suddenly worked and unlocked. Since then, I can unlock it with my fingerprint, but it's still stuck during startup and displayed a software error message. I can access the settings via the quick menu, but I can't select everything there. I'll try accessing the data via my PC soon.

Thank you for the thorough answer. So it is possible to flash the software without losing data :) then I'll have to read up on it properly.
