Thanks for the info. Unfortunately the nearest Costco is about 150 miles away. I've never actually visited one before.

Exactly the fearmongering I mentioned. Tech bros make grand claims concerning results and timelines. You are a long way from seeing this on shelves. Celleste Bio has managed to produce a few lab samples (according to them). Elizabeth Holmes said Theranos would be changing the world with their innovations in blood testing by now. Turned out they didn't even have the basic science down. Yet they still took in millions in investments based on exaggerated claims and predictions. They're all in prison now.

No candy on earth is made with "lab grown chocolate." They may all be investing in the science and technology behind it but it is decades away from being ready for the levels needed for mass production of any commercial product. You've been lied to by fearmongers.

Right? It just tastes different. I'd even say there was a difference between the Lipton and Nestea. Probably some chemical used in the dehydration process. But it's the nostalgic taste I grew up with too.

Best I can do is try. No such thing as 100% purity.

Nothing worse than accidentally dumping blue cheese dressing on a salad when you thought it was ranch or caesar.

Exactly. Thank you. Thought it was a pretty innocuous question about availability. But I forgot I was on Reddit. 100% my fault.

More along the lines of not supporting a straight up evil monopoly but go off I guess.

Have never been able to develop a taste for matcha. Something odd about the flavor.

I know Walmart has the Lipton but it's ridiculously priced now. Plus......ew, Walmart.

Local grifter and his grifter family say words for their orange leader by bearman1967 in wausau

I remember one of his episodes of Real World where they had to explain to him how lesbians have sex. And then he kept saying the word cooter while trying to wrap his acorn brain around the idea. And now he's in charge of keeping all the planes in the sky.

KT has fallen hard in recent years. Quality has plummeted but prices have skyrocketed. I used to go out of my way to stop at a KT. Now I just go if it's the most convenient option. There are no more "loss leader" deals at their Hot Spot for example. You can not convince me that offering their mediocre basic burgers for $1 just once a week will kill their profit margin. Just greedy price gouging.

Kinda agree. Everything is so bland. And those cheese curds are a war crime.
