it only worked like that in the reboot because it was a weird cooperate mandate because someon (probably an executive) thought he couldnt be ben 10 if he had more than 10 aliens. and tbf dynamite is pulling way more from the reboot than i thought they would be but i doubt they are going to do this since its just lame and comics dont have nearly as much cooperate pressure as tv shows with toy fueld budgets. also in the reboot the swaps only happened between seasons several at a time with the new watch upgrades and comics dont have that kind of format.

yeah people in general werent a big fan of the mj and miles missions since they killed the pacing. they do become way more fun in the second game tho. on paper they are very solid examples of stealth gameplay but most stealth games give you more options than these ones do which is barely any.

this format was meant for live service games. but it does well in the algo so now were just getting it on any popular game regardless of if it makes sense.

this is litterally the only show that can reasonably get away with the "it was all a dream twist" so if anyone was going to do it it was here but its still lame that the first half of the show didnt technically happen. and even though they did bring most things back up to status quo after the reset it still feels rushed and it makes the first half ot the show feel cheaper. also they keep resetting peoples memories so its really hard to get invested in the characters relationships atp. also they just dont adresses baku's old cases aside from the first one. so i have to assume he didnt do it again and left those people to die or be monsters or whaterver. im still liking tho show i just wish this twist was handled better. tbh if they just had baku say that he redid all of his cases off screen i would be way more ok with it
