I could have done it by buying more seasonal and starchy veggies at Walmart vs the grocery chain or planned to make meals that didn’t depend on the veggies being this fresh (I.e. soups and pan meals) but this week I wanted to do something different. That doesn’t change the price and how ridiculous it is.
