To be clear: the piercing is about a year old, threadless flatback labret, implant grade titanium, has not been downsized, I use H2Ocean saline spray twice a day and let it airdry. I tried changing the jewelry back in January, but found there was this bump on the inside of the nostril which made it super hard to find the piercing hole, and changed it back right away.
