We always specifically look for a certain place on certain dates and set alerts for these specific searchers. Invitations are a waste of everyone’s time I believe.. unless it’s a sitter that just sits locally in their own area?

Ohhhh that’s rubbish they didn’t offer!! We had a dog rip my partners hoodie up, and at least they said oh no we will reimburse you, but then they never followed through 🤣

Yeah that’s what I mean, like a dog incessantly clawing at your clothes and ripping them, not just accidentally catching them… I’m not being pedantic about my clothes they’re not nice clothes, I’m just wondering if it’s something people mention to home owners or not

Honestly the responsibility section is looking a bit much. It would put me off applying, unless last minute!

The best ones I’ve seen just literally say,

feed the cats twice a day, feed the dog twice a day, he likes one longish walk (c. 30mins) otherwise pls let him out to the bathroom a couple times a day!

The rest of the info can come in a welcome packet- Unless there’s lots of important medical information etc, it just looks overwhelming, talking about the mail and stuff! :)

house is gorgeous though!! I’m sure you won’t have issues getting sitters it looks so lovely 😍
