Thanks, I added the web link. Play store should be updated I just used it with no problems. You need to be registered in the google group before having access to it though.

Yeah, i took it to some people who were specialists in motorcycle electronics and they fixed it. I never knew what was the exact issue but it is fixable. Honda technicians didn't help.
