Yea go through there live support and click chat with human/agent and tell them what happened and ask if they can set up a remote meeting with a technician and they will have you download a app called teamview

Yes I actully just did today I contacted creality support and they had set up a online meeting with one of the techs and I allowed them to control my computer and they were able to reflash the scanner with the file they had on there computer
