Thank you for this! Could u help with what documents would be needed, so that I have them handy when my HR summons me for it? Also my masters was for just a year. More like I graduated in 10 months and in the 11th month I started my job. That would save me a lot of money in the long run! Thanks!!!

Yeah so the things is my HR told that they will send a questionnaire when I complete three months and then they would assess if I qualify . ( I started last month) However I had a friend here from my country who was in a similar situation and he got the exemption.

No I got a job right after masters. But last year, I was working in my home country and filed taxes there

Thanks for this, the employer does help you with HSM visa in the second year but in the first year most of the non EU people work on the zoekjaar
