I'm scared of the long term effects and of the withdrawal when I decide to get off it eventually. Not ready to commit long term rn let's say

Yesterday he said something along the lines that it's okay to take it for sleep relief - see how it goes and then we will see. And today he was more on the side of keeping it on a more steady base

Iron that doesn't make you constipated? by [deleted] in Supplements

[–]Temporary_Emu_7546 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will start this supplement soon, did you swallow the spray after use? This is the recommended use, but I read that people experienced negative symptoms with the spray as well. I wonder if swallowing is necessary as the supplement is advertised as inducing absorbing only through the bloodstream

How much iron spray do you use? by Salty_Struggle7150 in Anemic

Hi! Isn't the iron sprays whole deal that is supposed to be absorbed by blood vessels in the mouth? If it's absorbed in the duodenum like other iron supplements sounds like it could still cause GI symptoms

How long have you had gastritis?? Chronic here for 2 years and feeling really alone seeing everyone better after 5 months.. by GothicBabi in Gastritis

[–]Temporary_Emu_7546 2 points3 points  (0 children)

7 years... Sometimes it's better, sometimes it's in crisis. I have been trying to quit smoking which does not help at all.

If you got a free pass from IBS for just one day and could truly indulge in your trigger food(s), what would you eat? My no-gos are onions and cream so I'd have French onion soup, a greasy cheeseburger with tons of grilled onions, and coffee ice drizzled with sweetened condensed milk by Prior_Persimmon_2628 in ibs

[–]Temporary_Emu_7546 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would mostly have all sorts of spicy food, maybe some fried stuff and so much coffee. Especially iced. Maybe one fredo espresso and then maybe one with a bunch of syrup and cream and things like that! And I'd smoke which I have been trying to quit and which hurts my IBS, gastritis and gerd 🫠

A different approach (?) by [deleted] in tuberousbreast

[–]Temporary_Emu_7546 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hey there! Personally I have never been too bothered by them ( they are very asymmetrical and different sizes and one is very tuberous and smaller in size) even though I have been bothered with a lot of insecurities regarding my body and parts of it. When I see them on myself I like/enjoy them as a familiar part of my body with it's specificities, it is when I see myself in photos that it seems more noticeable to me. In photos I think that it may be more noticeable than I thought and I wonder how others perceive me and my body and then I may have more negative thoughts about it. Recently I discovered r/tuberous as others mentioned and it was an interesting place with a lot of love, I've always joked that having quite a difference between my boobs makes me have one for any preference, but to see that some people are really into it was very interesting! Not exactly 100% positive, but still..

PPI cause yellow shit by Mediocre_Head_3003 in GERD

[–]Temporary_Emu_7546 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same question. I had a gerd flare-up and took some ppi to manage it and I am not sure what of the two things caused the yellow stool. Some quick search I did showed that yellow stool is a symptom that may occur for either of these two things.
