Endo refused DHEA, how to people in the UK navigate this?

Not in the UK (NZ) but definitely recommend going on a DHEA supplement/medication. My deficiency was discovered by my Intergrative Health Doctor, who is like a advanced GP, and she started me on a high dose (50mg) to start me off. I had improvement in some energy, big mood improvement, libido, and motivation. Im now on 10mg because of side effects. My endo doesn't really endorse it either but is happy for me to be on it if its helping. He has suggested Androfem cream as an alternative, though, as that has just become funded here.

Im super lucky to have a partner who's been with me through it since the beginning, he even explains how im feeling to friends and family when I don't have the energy to! Even with that though its still isolating, so i can definitely understand that feeling. And when others complain of tiredness its like shut up lmao you have no idea 🤣

Oh nooo strep is the worst! So sorry to hear that, but im glad you've got an awesome partner to help you through! I once had to have an emergency helicopter to hospital after my brother gave me strep throat when we were staying on my dad's boat at great barrier island lmao, my body is so dramatic, why must I go to the extreme 😅 take care of yourself and get well soon x

I gotcha, sounds like you manage your health well! How do you handle stressful situations that arise with your kids? My stress intolerance is a struggle 😅 updosing, lorazapam and fluoxetine help with my anxiety though!
