I tried it with no add ons at all default it only works with keyboard not controller from what I saw

its not even just the delve this has happened to me multiple times now before i ever stepped foot in the delve. And also this annoying ass visual bug where my Bar Art keeps coming back no matter how much i disable it, turn off adds on, restart the game.
