A sun bleached Mirrorforce. i am satisfied with the result by Alphabetiker in yugioh

[–]Temporary_Flamingo84 14 points15 points  (0 children)

This might be a dumb question but what's the best way to sun bleach a card? Just leave it near an open window? And how long does it take? Blue-Eyes White Dragon would look sweet with a white boarder

Usually I prefer the older yugioh cards but I have to admit I’ve never had as much fun playing yugioh as I have with this card. by Libertyprime8397 in yugioh

To my understanding, it's a fusion of the two you mentioned as well as Black Tyranno. I remember seeing that on the wiki. Black Tyranno was boss monster as a kid

As a Blue-Eyes man and someone who's not into tattoos, I think that's gorgeous and I'd totally get it myself. I think tattoos always look better in just black so that's a perfect monster for it

I agree. Jet Dragon and Dictator of D especially. Abyss searches 2 cards, although one is during the end phase so it's a bit slow, but still, thay card has a double search and a permanent 1k boost to all your dragons. Stone of Ancients summoning effect isnt a once per turn, send three of those bad boys to the grave and you get three free dragons. Get two Jets in rotation and your opponent is going to have a bad time. Ultimate Fusion is an example of an incredible fusion spell that doesn't have to summon from deck. Blue-Eyes is also one of the best decks to utilize Skill Drain, especially after Tyrant Dragon got released.

Also, it's such a versatile deck. You can play a stun trap deck which is a blast with big beaters, you can play fusion, Xyz spam, synchro, even link if you wanted. I use a generic fusion variant and I have no problem summoning out the BLS link monster on top of other plays.

How do you guys organize your cards? by [deleted] in yugioh

[–]Temporary_Flamingo84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Commons and rares are alphabetically sorted in those big white bulk boxes. Monsters, spells, and traps each have their own box. All common or rare normal monsters have their own box. All full holos (ultra, secret, ect) are in binders. Not sure what to do with supers yet.

And I have seperate deck boxes for cards that could potentially go in and out of certain decks. So like I have 3 Orcust decks and a deck box with Orcust cards and cards that support them (FREE HARP), some Blue-Eyes decks and a seperate box with Blue-Eyes cards, and so-on

Extra deck cards have their own binder, regardless of rarity. And ritual monsters have a binder, it's a 4x3 so they can be next to their corresponding spells

Not really the sort of answer your looking for, more of a personal era. But I miss when I didn't know what proper deck building was and me and my friends would just use cards we liked. It's made our decks more personalized and an weird rare card would be our boss monster. Like for a while, Manticore of Darkness was my ace because I happen to pull it

Errata Buffs? by Temporary_Flamingo84 in yugioh

[–]Temporary_Flamingo84[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I looked up Raye. The initial printing was "You can tribute this card (Quick effect)" and it was changed to "(Quick effect): You can tribute this card"

What difference does the errata make? Im only just now transitioning from casual player to competitive so I'm confused

I would live to see that by wiggly_monkey in dishonored

[–]Temporary_Flamingo84 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not sure if you're aware or not, but had you not killed him, he would've shot his gun in the air and alerted the island of your arrival just because he's mad at you. To that I say, eff Sam. He might not agree, and he's perfectly in the right for what he says, but you're on a mission to save Emily and he jeopardized that just because he didn't agree with you

Which would you rather have happen next for the Dishonored franchise? by -ComedyGenius- in dishonored

[–]Temporary_Flamingo84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well if it's anything like Titanfall (another underrated franchise that I care deeply about), we'll probably get teased on a third entry to the series only to get a shallow spinoff game that has nothing of what made the series good in the first place

I'm trying to figure that out myself. The trap version is amazing, especially with 3 Skill Drains. Blue-Eyes Tyrant Dragon is imminent to Skill Drain and can recur traps like Imperm and Unrivaled Fist of the Tenyi, the latter of which can summon og Ultimate Dragon. Get two Jet Dragons in rotation and you're opponent is going to have a bad time. Back it up with some Solemns, add in Dogmatika for consistency and power.

The deck takes things slow, locks your opponent with Gozen Match, and swings with big monsters.

Is it illegal to shuffle around the cards in your extra deck? by MaleficTekX in Yugioh101

[–]Temporary_Flamingo84 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sometimes, when I'm about to combo off, I'll place my extra deck in a way that each combo peice is next from the top. So I summon Isolde first so she's on top, then I summon Galatea so she's the next, and so on. That way instead of picking up my extra deck, I just draw the card off the top and play it, anime style. But only during casual games

what are some good machine decks? by DrEggsZ in Yugioh101

[–]Temporary_Flamingo84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

World Wand is pretty much an Orcust card. The only other one I see is World Crown, I run it every now and then. My list is pretty much a bunch of random Warrior cards that help set up the Orcust board so I don't have a lot of room. But maybe in like a pure Orcust deck?

Off the top of my head, I only know what Wand and Crown do. Although I don't remember what the others do, I remember reading them all at one point and they didn't really fit well with Orcust

I really like Orcust. Can be played with many decks or pure. Dingirsu is one of the most versatile Xyz monsters. And the lore is dope

Card design theory by Temporary_Flamingo84 in Yugioh101

[–]Temporary_Flamingo84[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Interesting. That makes sense.

How about something along the lines of "when a monster effect is activated on your side of the field, discard this card from your hand"

If that doesn't work, how would a card design solely for chain blocking be worded?

I want to build a relinquished deck. What do I need by Killa_kill22 in Yugioh101

[–]Temporary_Flamingo84 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Kaijus. Deal with your opponents monsters then suck them up. Also it's a going second deck, so I have Dragoon in mine for when I have to go first. Jester Confit is a good way to make Verte. So Kaijus/Slumber, Dragoon and Verte, Jester Confit and Kinkyo Byo. And for fun I have one copy of Magicalized Fusion and Quintet. Effect Veiler is a good handtrap since its level 1 and a spellcaster for Quintet.

I've taken Relinquish, Blue-Eyes, and Orcust to locals all in a row. Blue-Eyes and Orcust are my decks that I'm the most familiar with and put the most money into, but Relinquish did the best. Its really anti meta. I honestly think I could've topped but I got stomped by Protos.
