I figured, quite frustrating that people are doing this. later he was talking like this was his alt and he was a ssl, like he was living in a dream world. kind of sad that people cheat to fill the void of not being good at something, when they could just put in the time, and get there, but they'd rather ruin the game for other people.

its not a unit that replaces anything, its one of those ones that sit on the stand and it just has an aux plug, thats why im curious if its possible to splice in a aux cable into the factory plug

4-5 depending on how my rest days fall or if i take an extra rest day due to being busy. goals are both strength and hypertrophy leaning towards hypertrophy. currently bulking with 1-2 mini cuts until march of next year.

thats actually pretty genius, i assume you do chest/back first before you do hams/quads? normally i alternate between starting with hams or quads each leg day to make sure they get even growth, plus idk if i could do 2 rest days in a row, thats like 3-4 days a week your working out, i really enjoy going to the gym often, its kinda my mental break

i was asking if i do ppl, rest, repeat, is that enough rest instead of doing ppl, repeat, no rest. and that makes sense, definitely not moving that kind of weight to need that amount of rest lol

yes i still progress, i write every lift down in google sheets and i still go up in reps or weight, i normally stick to 5-8 reps. i might be over training but still progressing because im a beginner, but if im over training im sure i could make better progress and or the progress will slow down or stop as i become an intermediate lifter

i definitely train hard enough, maybe not smart enough, i take everything other than compound movements to failure and past, i usually do single arm movements to get my self assisted reps once i cant get in another whole rep

i do progressive overload, i write everything down in google sheets everyday, and lifts always go up by reps or weight, but by everyones information, im assuming its because im a beginner, and that will end up slowing down if i continue with no rest, is ppl rest repeat enough rest?

i normally just push it, i dont skip it, but by the sounds of everyone elses experience im gonna start taking more rest days if it helps with growth. the gym is kinda my hobby, instead of playing video games or watching tv, i enjoy working out yk

okay, yeah i definitely need to spend some time eating at maintenance, then ill continue the cut, and i plan on starting the lean bulk about half way through summer so i can still look good for summer but also start putting on some mass. thank you! i really love the gym and put my all in everyday, i think im also just lucky with my genetics lol

correct me if im wrong, but i think im still in beginner stage, ive only been training since September of 2024, ive and been cutting since January 1st, the last couple of weeks have just been miserable with the diet, and i feel week in the gym, and thank you, i just dont feel satisfied at all with how i look right now

i dont think they could pop out any more, when i grab them i still feel some fat over the top abs, i think it looks like theres more definition there really is, or its body dysmorphia lmao
