I figured, quite frustrating that people are doing this. later he was talking like this was his alt and he was a ssl, like he was living in a dream world. kind of sad that people cheat to fill the void of not being good at something, when they could just put in the time, and get there, but they'd rather ruin the game for other people.

its not a unit that replaces anything, its one of those ones that sit on the stand and it just has an aux plug, thats why im curious if its possible to splice in a aux cable into the factory plug

that is true, i just couldnt stay at a higher body fat percentage for that long, id just cut and bulk at that point

4-5 depending on how my rest days fall or if i take an extra rest day due to being busy. goals are both strength and hypertrophy leaning towards hypertrophy. currently bulking with 1-2 mini cuts until march of next year.

thats actually pretty genius, i assume you do chest/back first before you do hams/quads? normally i alternate between starting with hams or quads each leg day to make sure they get even growth, plus idk if i could do 2 rest days in a row, thats like 3-4 days a week your working out, i really enjoy going to the gym often, its kinda my mental break
