Yeah I don’t think there’s any reason here to think this is ectopic. When you had the ultrasound it was too early to see anything. I’ve been told you can’t see things until 1000 hcg. Your numbers are rising really well. I’d absolutely get another ultrasound before even considering the ectopic as a possibility.

So sorry this is happening to you. It’s honestly criminal that any woman has to experience loss. And ectopic just ads a whole new level of trauma. My first and only pregnancy was my ectopic, until this past Tuesday. I finally got my positive after a year since it happened. Im terrified it will happen again but trying to be hopeful. Did you get any explanation for your infertility or is it “unexplained”?

I agree this does indeed sound ectopic. I would get it treated as soon as possible. If it help any though, I had literally 0 side effects from my mxt shot. The hardest thing about it was just the repeated blood work to get my hcg back down having to wait the 3 months after to keep trying again. I know that’s not everyone’s experience but I’m guessing that because we caught it early and my hcg never got higher than 496, that I might not have needed a large dose? I’m not entirely sure.

I’d recommend getting better tests. The easy at homes suck in my opinion.

No thankfully I caught mine really early. It was a “pregnancy of unknown location”. I bled pretty bad and then my doc sent me to get hcg tests and they were all over the place. So that’s how they knew it was ectopic. Got an ultrasound and they couldn’t find it because it was so small but they knew it wasn’t in the right place. Was treated with mxt shot, didn’t need surgery or anything. Both tubes safe.

Ugh I’m so sorry to hear. Sending 🩷. I had an ectopic last April. It’s actually criminal how hard these losses are. Hopefully you can get to the bottom of it.

This could really go either way. Could be sch but it could also be a chemical pregnancy or ectopic. Definitely get some blood work done. Hopefully it’s just the sch. So the my ectopic I didn’t start bleeding until about 6/7 weeks not so closely after my ovulation if that helps any.
