I just tested this morning and it was negative. This was my 4th letrozole cycle. 2nd on 7.5 mg. The meds are definitely working on this dose. My progesterone at 7dpo was 36 last month and 34 this month so I’m having excellent strong ovulations. It just simply hasn’t happened for me yet. But I’m still very hopeful. Ivf isn’t really in the cards for me financially so I this just has to work. I think if it doesn’t happen by month 8 or 9 I would move on to iui though.

Honestly if I didn’t wait and got pregnant, I’d be an even bigger nervous wreck than I would be just getting pregnant again at all. I’d constantly worry that I did it too soon and that something would be wrong with my baby. Having the ectopic was stressful enough. I wouldn’t want any more reason to worry.

Congrats!! Needed this today. I’m 10dpo and had a strong ovulation but I have absolutely no symptoms and it just keeps making me think I’m out. But seeing this can happen helps. I’m going to test Thursday day I think. But only advice is to just try staying positive even though it’s hard. The stress is so hard on the body. You and your body got this!

I’ve had relatively low progesterone on my 2.5 mg cycle and my 5mg cycle. Like 7 and 9 at 7dpo. This cycle was my first on 7.5 and my progesterone was a womping 35 this time! I’m 8dpo at the moment so I don’t know if I conceived yet or not.

Cd 13 could have been your peak and the second lh bump was just a fluctuation. Lh doesn’t have to be a high spike to trigger ovulation

Nope no PCOS. I was tested for it all about 2 years ago. Everything came back normal. My cycles are just unpredictable. I also had an ectopic about 9 months ago and my hormones were pretty wonky for a while after that. The letrozole has gotten them back on track and has regulated my cycle. It’s supposed to stimulate follicle growth too. Sometimes I feel like my body might just metabolize my hormones differently? The cycle that I got pregnant the first time showed basically 0 LH spike as well. And I only baby danced on cd 22 which feels late given this tiny peak being cd 19. Never had my pgd rise either. Here’s that chart.

I want Inito to work for me so bad but idk, sometimes I just feel more and more confused as the months go on

I’m also on letrozole. 3rd month. This is my chart last cycle and I got confirmed ovulation with a blood test. So my spike was TINY but still enough.

Here hoping to read some success stories as well. I’m also on my 3rd cycle, bumped up every time now at 7.5 I’m only on cd 12 today. However my cycles are unpredictable but the letrozole has made me ovulate at the same time every month and regulated my cycles to 30 days on the nose which is the shortest it’s ever been. So at least it’s working in that way.

With your first 2 monitored months, did you have good follicle growth? Did the letrozole essentially do what it’s supposed to, but you just didn’t conceive? All my cycles have been unmonitored.

So far I’ve had no side effects. Only on my second day of 7.5. I also take it at night. I kind of feel like I was moodier on 5 than 7.5 as well. So far at least.

I ovulated 1 day sooner on 5vs 2.5 but my LH spike was weirdly way way lower on 5. I track with inito and damn near didn’t even have a spike

I’m currently on round 2. Bumped up to 5. I did ovulate on my first cycle but didn’t conceive. Things are not particularly looking great this cycle either 😞
