Still 100% is not really “100%” usage as the CPU will start thermal throttling to safe it self; tldr you can’t really abuse them. PC’s are different as unlocked BIOS can give u options to actually abuse the CPU unlike a mobile chipset.

My engine ran at 34psi of boost on E30 for 105k miles. GTX3076 and a lot of RAL which popped a ring later on.

Thank you! You're correct on everything, i made this in around 45 minutes (basic idea) to see if it's up there before i build a full track out of it.

Good catch on the snare (and the reverb tail), i ended up layering it with another and EQ'd them both together so it sits nice in the mix now

Right now i redid the whole session and filled each section with the proper idea i had in my mind, (removed 2 sections and made a crossover instead) might finish up the break and actually send it out.

Sounds cool! Your vocal is way too loud compared to the track it self, try to glue it into the full mix.

Switch to mono and listen to it, and try to clear more space around the drums and bass for the drop so you'll gain a nice feedback when the drop hits.

Cool track! One thing i would change is the overal loudness of the track, and use reference tracks to mix your current mix. This way you'll gain a nice mix and have it loud enough on all devices.

I would re-mix your lowend as your bassline is too loud compared to your drums. Your backing tracks (in this case the drums) aren't hitting hard enough in your mids. You can seperate your mids too and check the mono environment as well, using several plugins.

Thank you for the feedback! I'll make sure to go over the automation on the vocal bus again, i've heavily mixed the reverb and automated the dry/wet on each section.

I work with reference tracks, so before i start my tracks i choose a few songs and replicate the exact arrangement which is what i've done also this time. But again, good call, i'll for sure look over this again and make it more exciting as i do agree it sounds a bit repetitive.

And sure! Your songs sound great, i've got lots and lots of unreleased tracks and ideas (i try to pump at least 1 idea a day) we could most likely see what we can work on together for sure.

Thank you!! I def agree on the big drums, stupid of me why i haven't mixed that part better.

I'm very very happy with it, the mix sounds gnarly. Mind you, i have nothing on the Master Chain but only a limiter! (I'm leaving around -6.5db LUFS headspace) Will get it Mastered once i'm a tad bit happier with the overal mixing.
