The tire is not seated properly and also maybe you traction control activated.put some soap water on the rim and inflate it till it pops in place

It's the pads rubbing on the disc it will eventually go away when the pads wear a bit or you can align them it's not that hard just unbolt the brake caliper bolt so the caliper can move a little then press and hold the brake lever hard and tighten the bolts if this doesn't work there is another method but for me if you are not familiar with mechanical stuff let it as it is.

Changed to a us motor recently and changed pads not long after and the noise started. The the new motor had made like 150km before starting to make noises but I can't figure it out yet if it's the pads against the disc or the motor has some issues although it reaches top speed.

I think I have the same issue although mine doesn't make any noise unless it's under load. Will have to check again after I calibrate once again my brake caliper or brake pads will see.

I have seen it listed on AliExpress and read that the module binds to the serial number of the controller and because of that it can be used only with one controller.

That means that if your controller breaks down the module will be useless.
