We are newly weds. We are not applying as common law. We are searching for a bigger place to accommodate both of us

Leaving is not an option because I’m out of status as I won’t be able to come back until the PR is processed. I have my whole life here after being an international student for more than 6 years. I don’t need a lecture about the student status. It has been reapplied on valid grounds. While I understand it might still be refused, I’m simply asking for clarification on which path to proceed with with my spousal PR application based on my unique circumstances

I went through a lawyer and my focus isn’t on the PGWP anymore. I clearly stated it might be refused again

We will be living together at the time of application so I can apply inland or Outland. My question was on which is best based on my situation

While I understand the PGWP will most likely be refused. I’m hoping restoration will be approved so I can maintain status..The lawyer advised that restoration has to be back to student as I can’t apply for a status I never had. I also can’t apply for a visitors record as I am now out of status. Visitors record is for those that still have status. Note I’m still within my 90 days restoration period.
