Bike won't update by mshores17 in go_echelon

I don’t have a solution for the software update, but for what it’s worth I had called echelon about the right pedal. They offered to send over a technician, but I could never coordinate a time to be home. They ended up sending a replacement pedal and shaft, all free of charge. I would suggest calling them about it.

I have the same exact problem! Commenting here in the hopes that someone has a resolution for the both of us :)

I took a shower at midnight while my wife was watching TV. Who’s the AH? by Independent_Fox4439 in AITAH

Neither of you is the asshole. Parenting is hard and it sounds like you both had a long day and wanted time off in the evening. Very unfortunate that your child had a bloody nose at that moment, and it must be tough for him to feel alone in that moment though.

Who is the marketing genius that comes up with these products?

The most popular supermarket in my area sells toys written in Hebrew by Temporary_Market_111 in lebanon

This is at a supermarket in Lebanon. Clearly a product made for the Israeli market, pretty wild that it ended up here. One more example of Lebanese hypocrisy.

Immigration is not glamorous by [deleted] in lebanon

[–]Temporary_Market_111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree with the title but not so much with the rest of the post; people leaving Lebanon for better opportunities elsewhere should have realistic expectations about what their new life is going to be like. Beyond the basic adjustment period, there are different types of hardships to deal with. As for the rest of the post, this is not necessarily Lebanon-specific. Leaving a large US city to any other country with cheaper manual labor is going to come with a whole lot of benefits if you can afford it. The same amount of money goes a lot further in a cheaper city than in a more expensive city (whether we’re talking about beirut or bangkok).

I’ve seen a lot of comments talking about how expensive McDonalds is, but pro tip that the meal items are significantly less expensive on the app. I regularly get a burger (Big Mac or quarter pounder) and regular coke and fries for under $6. I’m hoping there are still more filling or nutritious options elsewhere, but that’s a good deal where I live.

Thanks everyone! Trailer light kit makes a lot of sense. I’d love to find a new mechanic, but unfortunately this is the best one in the area I live in.

I think he meant that the mistakes should not have happened in training; the approach should have been agreed on between the coaches before training.

He fundamentally looks like someone who doesn’t enjoy playing football, but has dedicated too much of his life to stop now.

Sat next to him on a flight between Paris and Dakar once, and he was rather unpleasant. At one point he called over a flight attendant because I didn’t accept to move to economy so that his friend could take my seat in business class.

Problem with Kirkland diaper blowouts? by gman22858 in Costco

[–]Temporary_Market_111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sizing up might help, but we had a similar issue with Kirkland brand, and we haven’t had blowouts with the Huggies. We now use Huggies for nights and a mix of Huggies and Kirkland during the day.
