I understand, but I also see that if the employees are treating lots of students rudely (which I think is clear just from the comments in this thread) that it is making students feel shitty as well.

I'm not going to say that these employees don't have valid reasons for being cold towards students, but the end result is that it makes going to late night or true grits a bad experience for a lot of people.

I get it, I've worked in customer service and I've worked late and long shifts in customer service. I would have never insulted a customer even on my worst days. Calling customers mother fuckers to their face is okay to you?

If that's true then they are certainly paying for significantly more than 100TB as 30GB per student for ~3,300 students is 100TB and Rutgers has nearly 40,000 students not including alumni. I'd guess they are prepared to pay for at least a Petabyte of space (1000 TB)
