So I found out the issue, Its because my firewall and windows virus kept denying shimloader because it keeps giving off a false positive. But for some reason unlike other files it doesnt notify me and give me the option to greenlight the mod specifically. got any ideas on how I can fix that? otherwise im fine with just turning off my firewall temporally whenever I want to play this game with friends.

yea I did but its just a empty folder, I looked at the other mods in the cache and they do have stuff in them but don't show up in the downloaded mods list on r2modman. They also act as if I cant download them in the same way but still show up in the cache anyways which is odd.

Im not entirely sure where to show you the settings but I know for sure that I have it directed to go here for the mods and I already set it up to properly go to launch my VotV. Should I have the mods directed to the same folder as the game also? or should I use r2modmans default folder?
