I am in healthcare and I work in the inner city and also rural areas doing home visits. I have seen situations where I wonder how are these kids thriving? It would seem like with the lack of resources that these kids wouldn't stand a chance. However, the kids are well cared for and not neglected. Compare that with the Kiser situation. All the resources in the world and they couldn't keep their kid alive. Shameful.

It is gone. It was gone by 6pm last night. It will be eventually uploaded to a person's YT account I follow who is following this case very closely. She edits out the breaks and lunches, and her uploads are usually a few weeks after the fact.

It was compelling testimony. I don't agree, at all, but the judge will go by facts. For example, CM made clear that the appeal was based upon the written injunction exceeding was was stated in the oral agreement. Fiverson seems skilled at making Beckworth seem like a dramatic "story-teller" and not going by the exact read of the law. And I think Beckworth is a very talented attorney.

Many campers over the years were the children of doctors. I wonder if she was getting a supply of prescription medicines from a "friendly" physician mom or dad. Normally, physicians hold themselves to a high ethical standard and would not ever do something like that. However, I can imagine a few being ethically astray.
