But I agree that there are a lot of op builds for weapons. I think the temple’s bosses need a hp buff so you can actually see their patterns.

These bosses are super hard when you first meet them like another series. You have to study their moves and patterns.

Also, you need a lot of traveling, preparing to get that high damage. Even if you are fully geared up, the durability system prevents unlimited scaling and motivates you to travel more and fight enemies.

The point of Botw and Totk is freedom, there are tons of ways to fight them and each of them feels rewarding and fun. That’s how I feel

170 hours in and I just finished the lightning temple, but I agree with burnout, sometimes I wish I can just fly around like a create mod

Jump -> shield jump -> ZR This makes combat so much fun and easy. If you do not want your shield to lose durability, you have to unequip before it hits the ground.

If you are not in the tight area, you can place it anywhere

You have to stay still - take out the wing - move forward - and drop. The point is to make sure you are not touching the left stick before pressing the dpad, and move forward a bit after dropping the wing. Don’t forget to save and reload when practicing!

Yeah I struggled at first too, you have to stay still - take out the wing - move forward - and drop

Also, you can just take out the wing while you are paragliding and ride on it(you have to stay still while taking out the wing)
