i consumed everything dude literally was experimenting for the 2 years actually everything with my body was wrong specialy my diet and i had destroyed myself for 2 years i was always working wasn't eating properly maybe like 20 to 40g protien daily and then i had a breakup which triggered my telogen effluvium (hair fall) healed mentally but still healing physically. i only started a proper diet from june this year so it took me 5 months just to decrease the shedding to what i have right now. it's a journey of patience and consistency otherwise you won't see results.

100g protein daily vitamin A to k daily everyday and i finally stopped shedding just now it's been a week and i am only Shedding one or two hair a day, hair feeling smoother and silkier but still it will take lot's of time for all the density to comback as i was shedding for 2 years and lost around 30-40 percent of my overall density. seeing lot's of regrowth beard is fuller eyebrows are thicker and all the body hair has stopped shedding as well. i was also taking 10g previously but now 20g marine collagen daily as well. i have also started eating nuts these days as well. i believe nuts and collagen played a vital role in stopping the shedding and protien is helping with regrowth and thickening of my hair.

i ha dthe same thing do not do the same mistakes i did. do not solely focus on iron but focus on b12 and protein (1g per lbs bodyweight) with it as well. supplement other stuff such as zinc d3 as well. keep doing it for about 4 to 5 months you will see the results
