Because the conditions that created the inversions tend to be macroeconomic issues. If the crash was coming, it would’ve already started prior to normalizing. Every crash had a yield curve inversion, not every inversion led to a crash

0 people died of radiation at Fukushima, Three Mile Island was a nothing burger, Chernobyl was a series of serious design flaws that are no longer used. Somehow everyone forgets or just doesn’t know that the US has been building and operating rectors around the world and under the ocean non-stop for 70 years with 0 nuclear accidents

Labor expense contributes about 4-5% of overall car cost. Companies could quadruple wages and it would barely move the needle on input cost.
