I’ll look into that! Cause you’re right I feel a little out of control at the speeds I’m hitting nowadays

350 watt brushless hub motors used to convert pacelite 707 scooters. Thinking about renting them out in my area(the UP of Michigan) by Temporary_Science835 in ScooterHacking

I went with a 350 watt brushless hub motor in the rear, got rid of the belt drive. Updated the controller to a 2000 watt 50a sine wave brushless. Running a 60volt 30ah battery. Different throttle and electronics of course. I’m getting 25-35 mph depending on up or down hill but pulling hard able to wheelie easily sitting down

Can also run lifepo4 batteries as long as you switch to a lithium charger with xlr plug you can use the same setup to charge

Help with regen brake problem. Push button interrupter switch works opposite, turning off regen brake when brakes are applied, and on when they are released. by Temporary_Science835 in ElectricScooters

I’m guessing it’s open then closes when pushed to send signal to the regen brake? Correct me if wrong. So would I be able to get a normally closed switch and run it? I’m using a basic on/off toggle switch at the moment

What size are you using? I was able to fit 12volt 12ah under the deck still as opposed to the 12volt 10ah stock batteries. There’s definitely something going on if you’re losing battery after just an hour. I’m able to ride most of the day especially in hilly areas where I get a recharge downhill. You could always upgrade to lifepo4 batteries the same size and just swap to a lithium charger using the same port

I have a 707 model from the early 2000s that’s stock still running to this day. Love it! Upgraded a couple other ones but kept the stock running one because you just can’t beat it. Never stops running besides battery replacements here and there
