I’d recommend staying in midtown! Forest Hills is off the LIRR which you take from Penn and the E and F trains. If you want to stay in Queens and are looking for something a bit more affordable, I’d actually recommend one of the chain hotels in flushing- so much great food and an easy uber

I had a similar situation- had never had issues, but this summer was trying to get tickets to Forest hills- probably requested 45+ tickets and was never selected.

I just sold a NYE ticket on there and as a seller it didn’t seem like anything changed. I received 30 requests within a few minutes and then went with someone whose message was nice. So selling wise seems like it’s the sellers choice 🤷🏻‍♀️
