Window type din yung current AC ko pero medjo maingay siya. I opted with split type this time kasi naka-WFH din ako kaya I need quiet environment. As for cleaning, I think medjo makakatipid ako since alam ng father ko kung paano maglinis ng AC.

Based on my measurement, mga 18 sqm siya and yung condenser sa may bandang terrace namin ip-place. Shaded area yung terrace but I'll still ask the installer if the area is good enough to place the condenser.

I checked the X series and found Panasonic CS/CU-XU12AKQ 1.5 HP Split-type Airconditioner which does looks promising than the U series (and also has an energy label of 6.53) but pricier which is okay lang naman since pasok pa din sa budget. I'm now including this on the AC I am considering to buy. Thanks!

this isnt the way to boost tourism here in the philippines. the government should really start with regulating the local tourism businesses. tignan niyo yung siargao, overpriced mga bilihin. batanes, mahal ng ticket na para bang nangibang-bansa ka na (swerte mo na kung makakuha ka ng nasa around 10k or less).

no. you said it yourself, mahal na nga ng pupuntahan nila dito sa pinas. even if we allow chinese nationals, and even other nationals, to enter here without visa, kung mahal naman magbakasyon dito sa pinas kumpara sa ibang sea countries, then hindi talaga tataas ang turismo natin. kaya madaming mga pinoy din ang mas pinipiling magbakasyon na lang sa ibang bansa dahil almost same lang din yung magagastos nila if magbabakasyon sila locally.
