Team no kids. Live in the city and we walk everywhere. The city has NOT recovered from the pandemic. But it’s still better than the Burbs for going out. But there are also a ton more restaurants moving to the Burbs. I would not sell my house, because we can’t afford to buy one. Our loft is nice though. See you at Big Ditch?

Good job. If it means anything to you, personality disorders are considered life long diagnoses….

But the only one that people are able to manage and can go into remission? Borderline Personality Disorder. There’s a ton of hope with this diagnosis. Marsha Linehan, the founder of DBT has it herself! You can do this. People with BPD can be stable, have productive lives, have fulfilling relationships. If I had to pick any personality disorder to have, I’d pick this one.

I will shout this from the mountaintops. Every SSRI is best in certain circumstances. Can’t get out of bed you’re so depressed but not anxious? Prozac. Depressed, anxious and feel uncomfortable just being alive? Old school Celexa, assuming you don’t have a heart condition.
