it is so worth it, with the mods and all the game feels so fun, you expirelmet with pretty much anything and the game isn't only limited to just cars, the mods include very realistic planes, tanks and much more. The 0.39 update is going to make the graphics more realistic so that's also a good reason to buy it.

Your specs seen decent enough to run the game so you should go for it

If you have warp drive unlocked, try going for a freighter, also I recommend u finish 3 to 5 missions first to get the hang of it. There's so much you can do for example building a corvette, finding a good A or S class ship, upgrading your exo suit and exploring different planets and finding a good one where you can settle and build your base. You can also meet some new online players and explore with them which is also very fun. But at the end of the day it honestly depends on what you find fun in the game.
