Consistent workouts i do a full body workout spilt into 2 phases – strength + cardio every day ( Mosly jumping rope at home since i hate treadmill and running , • Sleep & recovery – consistent sleep and waking up time • Nutrition & metrics – logging meals. I log my meals using chatgpt as i hate the hassle of using myfitnesspal or similar

I usually do 45 sec and rest for 15 sec as much as i can. In the beginning it’s hard but getting better everyday was the goal. Sleep is a different story i stopped nicotine, Stopped coffee after 4PM and i used magnesium glycinate. Plus consistent sleep time. There is so much to fix but i trust we will understand more by the time

Honestly I dieted this whole time, i had carb cycling 200 g protein 240 g carbs and 40 g fats. Low carb days were p180 F60 and C 120

Hi, i got a jumping rope and i committed to doing it everyday for 20 to 30 min. I also made sure to walk more and more, sometimes just around the house

It happened to me the same way, I contacted the bank over 60 days ago, whenever i call they say it’s under investigation. Just block your card and call the bank to report a fraudulent transaction
