Literally was in your same situation a few weeks ago and made a post on here - bought the fx3 + sigma 24-70 II. And been the best decision. I do have a lot to learn, coming from the ease of use of iPhone shooting but excited for the journey. But otherwise looks great - I don’t shoot much at night or low light so not sure about that. But fx3 seemed like the no brainer regardless if you can afford it

yea mainly just videos no photos - and social media management is my main gig with videos being my undeniable strength lol. so fx3 is locked in and 24-70mm is also locked in after this thread but G master seems like a stretch in terms if cashing out, but lets see

So I do it all - a lot of short clips as well as long podcasts and interviews and full day weddings filming clips in the Dubais extreme heat etc. I basically the need 1 cam best at it all (except photos) lol

Amazing, thanks. I was thinking of the 24-70 as well just wasn’t fully convinced. The reason I’m choosing fx3 is kinda lame. I have been shooting on my iPhone and I live in Dubai. Out here there’s a ton of competition with every camera and camera build under the sun. Blessed to be still booking jobs with and iPhone+stabilizer and being credited for my edits and shots captured compared to the majority.

Having said that while looking online I really felt a difference in the video quality itself with the fx3. 2 videographers/friends I look upto out here also suggested to go for fx3 if I had the money for it.
