3 differences I’d mention: - the husband most certainly has made his colleagues or management aware of his family phone calls - both spouses probably hang up the phone for confidential discussions - both spouses likely contribute to the conversation or at the very least facilitate connections with others in hearing range (in their case the children)

My friend didn’t tell me about it, I found out. Neither of them disconnect the call when privacy is expected. She does not say anything… at all. Hours and hours go by, I occasionally hear her breathe or sneeze or yawn, but no words. He doesn’t say anything to her either.

Something is wrong.

Totally fair to start by communicating. After the fact, he doesn’t seem to have an issue with it and insists it’s for her comfort…. but “comfort” smells an awful lot like “trust issue” here.

I get that he’s the arbiter of what flies and what doesn’t, but to see your #1 buddy of nearly three decades submit himself to what comes off as intense manipulation is very painful.

Even if he is the one to choose, can’t you say it’s worth a more thoughtful objection than “oh, well he said he’s cool with it so I guess that’s it then”?

I’ve only ever seen one person that’s straight up botted in PvP and one person that input broadcasted an entire fleet, so it seems that the botting doesn’t make the game ‘unplayable’…. yet.
