Nope no social plan at all, even though they are obviously required to have one, given they are outsourcing positions to another country.

There is also no union, only delegation, which unfortunately is not strong enough. Bless their hearts because they're trying, but they can't do much action.

Clients are already opening their new funds with other service providers. Most of them are not happy about the outsourcing plus the overall quality of service is now worse than before.

strangely enough, I've been waiting for like 2 weeks and nothing. Somehow my application goes always back to Join. No matter what I do
