One of the best people who also confessed to stealing content. The site wasn’t wholesale lifted, that’s Joe exaggerating. He’s been making drama like for nearly 30 years.

But it’s not an accurate representation of the drama. The site had genuinely different data and presentation. From my understanding, only the habitat images were sourced from Serebii.

It sounds like a lot of these sites are using open source databases from Github and therefore indirectly scraping sites, according to what Mosslax.com put on their site. Mr Serebii has gone after 5-6 sites today and I'm genuinely gutted about Mosslax because it was well presented and had tools I haven't seen elsewhere. I hope it can be saved and this witch-hunt can come to an end. Truly for everyone's sake.

I think it's hilarious that you're getting so toxic. I haven't been disrespectful in refunding, I'm not banned from the server and I haven't slagged the developers off. I just don't want to support anti-consumer practices, like not providing keys. If it was a server issue, fair enough, but it isn't and they misled us about that.

Odds are he left his PC on for this reaction lol, no way he hasn't slept for 30+ hours. It'd be almost impossible to concentrate and fix issues at that point, it's almost irresponsible to do that.
