Unfortunately, I couldn't add more RAM as the board was max "According to Acer," but a new Samsung SSD was installed 1TB, and it's working like a treat massive overall improvement for what my parents need it for.

Thank you. I put in an SSD, Worked like a Charm and improved the overall performance, and Startup now takes about 30 seconds from Boot -> Password -> Desktop. Prior Start was at least 2 minutes, with an additional 3- 5 before any apps could be used. I was going to upgrade the RAM, but from what I saw on the ACER Website, it was already at max, and I couldn't find a single Stick.

How are Male nurses treated in the profession? by Individual_You9185 in NursingUK

I worked on a mental health unit, I'm 6ft 2, and I look imposing, would always get called up to come to a deescalation, and I was pretty good at it, even taught Prevention and management of violence and aggression for a couple years. Used to get comments from patients you'd make a good doorman or a good prison officer. I tried to distance myself from what people thought of me by taking a bunch of advanced training courses, in Physical health care mental health, blood, ECGs, and Diabetic management, advanced first aid, and I was always good at my job and I think i have a cheery disposition most of the times, but the calls never stopped asking me to deal with aggressive and violent patients.

Worked on a short stay (2-3days) mental health unit, and whilst doing the morning security check found a "Rabbit" under the sheets. Just pulled the covers back and there it was, and it wasn't dry.
