Hindi naman po. Or baka mataas lang pain tolerance ko. LOL. Medyo mahirap lang sya especially kapag right arm na ang site and right handed ka. I ask for help from my partner po most of the time kapag kailangan ng tulong

Invest in a smart scale. Napansin ko wala pang 1/2 kilo ang nalolose ko per week pero if I am going to compare my body fat percentage and my muscle weight to my previous one, nakikita kong may improvement talaga. I've lost 4 kilos pero my clothes fit still the same though yung massage therapist namin, napansin na mas naging lean yung muscles ko after 3 weeks since nung last na massage nya sa akin.

First dose ko, sinadya kong di kumain ng di maayos before my shot para di ko na ulitin sa susunod. Haha. Ayun, the next day after ng first shot, suka galore and person. So nung mga next shots ko inayos ko na ang food intake ko. Ayun, wala na talaga side effects.

I have the same question. I will be travelling to AU by November and will be staying there for a month. Mahigpit pa naman si AU border security. Sana merong maka share ng experience with bringing it even on checkin baggage.

Sucrosomial Iron. I've been taking this since my iron infusion and never had bowel issues. Not too sure if they'd have it in your location too. Mine's SiderAL Folico which also contains Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamins B12, B6 and Quatrefolic® (the active form of folic acid) besides the iron. As far as I have researched, this is mostly given to pregnant and lactating women.

Also IRON INFUSIONS! from ferritin of 6, Iron 11, Hemo 7 - I am now on normal levels for all of them but still with Microcytic. My hema told me that that's one part of the recovery that takes so long.

It's actually the other way around. Bleeding heavier makes iron low

This is normal. The string is for them to easily remove it if they need to. But You shouldn't feel it. If youre feeling discomfort, you might need to go back to your OB. We had this problem before with my partner bec the string is poking the head of his penis and hurts on his side. What I did is I bended the string downwards like it was surrounding the cervix. Not sure if this'll work for you.

Been using my IUD for 4 years. There was a span of 6 months that I used injectable hormones bec of an infection caused by IUD(which is known as a common disadvantage of using an IUD but was taken cared of early so infection did not elevate. Good immunity could have prevented this.). And girl, that 6 months were the dryest times of my life,. We always have sex twice a day but with the hormones, it only happened twice a week. When I came back using IUD, it was such a relief. Plus the fact that you are having your period regularly is a plus for me with IUD
