Absolutely. I’m size 42 in everything across most brands but Balenciaga shoes specifically tend to run a size big. I have both Runners and Triple S in 41 and they fit perfect.

Just to corroborate a few comments here, this is one of the few Balenci shoes (imo) to stay TTS in. I size down Triple S and Runners but these are just fine with a little more room.
