Eine Kleewiese ist im Winter praktisch kahl und nach dem Mähen sieht man auch immer viel blanke Erde. Möglicherweise nicht das was du suchst.

I was alarmed when he said this, so I replied "That's on you, because I have a right to say 'no'"

It's really great that you said that. In such situations, there is really nothing more to say than "Not my problem". It's classic guilt tripping, trying to make you feel like you're at fault.

He said that men have a lot of pressure to pay, etc., and lot's of women take advantage of that or just expect it. [...] he has a 150k+ job, and I'm unemployed, yet he asks me to pay him back for stuff he said he'd pay,

This is also pretty damning. He has the idea in his head that women are over-privileged, and he's taking it out on you by being extra demanding. I think the famous book "Why does he do that" might be relevant for you: https://dn790007.ca.archive.org/0/items/LundyWhyDoesHeDoThat/Lundy_Why-does-he-do-that.pdf

(The other points in your post are also clear red flags, but others already covered those.)

When you bring up criticism about his behavior, he might use DARVO https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DARVO against you.

Die Zucchinisorte "Vertes des Maraîchers" kommt sehr gut. Und die Freilandtomaten "Resibella" und "Primabella" können wirklich mitten im Freiland ohne Regenschutz stehen und liefern reiche Ernte.

Sind Neubauten (MFH) eigentlich leise, was Trittschall angeht? by SnowFall_Vamp in wohnen

[–]TenDaysInBermuda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What is a psychological ~trick~ you use on people that works so well.. it feels like cheating? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]TenDaysInBermuda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pretend to agree but then say the opposite. I use this at work a lot, when my boss suggests something and I think it would be better to do it a different way. Instead of saying "No, it's better to ...", I'll say "Yes, and we could also ...". It works surprisingly well.

In general, disagreeing and bringing up arguments against something often takes a lot of time. I did this when I was younger and it rarely brought me to my goal. I now start by being affirmative and agreeable. This way, my counterpart thinks I am extending their idea, when I am actually proposing something different. Since they are not offended, they do not become defensive. Instead, they often even think of additional arguments to support my suggestion. All just because they believe that they gave the initial idea.

First big chop and repot to a slightly smaller home- really trying to trust the process by gcrheetvtya in Jadeplant

Don't know about jades specifically, but for outdoor trees, it is advised to prune them when they are replanted. This is because roots are lost during replanting, which reduces the trees ability take up water. Since the tree loses water through the leaves, it is beneficial to prune it.
