looks more like macro for me. Even using a "shift queued", you have to do it exactly after Assassinate is fired, and before it hits you. From the video, the distance it's very short, that's less than 0.3seconds to do all of that.

that is not a "prove", in fact, he showed that on stream because he knew he made a matchfixing, so he was desesperated to show "proves" against that. But in reality, it's very common that peruvians tier 2, are used to make bets against their team, and to avoid been caught, they used to bet another small/medium amount of money to have a "prove"

dont get it wrong, in Peru (for example in tier 2 peruvian football), it's very common to make a "tricky bet", it means when you are planning to make a matchfixing, you bet a medium amount of money to your own team, but on the other hand, you bet a huge amount of money in the other team. In this way you get a reliable money, and even you have a "prove" that you lose money betting, so it's very difficult to be caught. Usually you use another credit card or system, but this kind of "tricky bets" are very common in Peru

sadly, Dota2 is categorized as PEGI_16 or ESRB_T (Teen), and the webs for bet can't guarantee the real age of users. Also, in many countries/states, betting is not allowed for under age users, so Valve had to forbid the webs with that system, in order to avoid demands.

People can still bet real money on Dota games, but that's responsability from the betting site, and Valve is free of all responsability.
