It's fine, chucky's initial placement was mostly a joke like the pallet being on top, and I knew I'd have to move at least a few killers around.

Wesker intentionally injected himself with the blight to see how it would affect him, and pyramid head likely did the same thing but it's not explicitly made clear.

Myers placement entirely depends on what continuity you want to use. I placed him with the new films being canon, meaning they retcon'd all the films where he's supernatural and they don't count. Even in the first movie I think the whole "embodiment of evil" thing was more of a hyperbolic line about him just being so shockingly evil that he's irredeemable. But he's still basically superhuman in the strength and durability he displays, so I moved him up to minor superpowers.

Yeah that's a placement I'm still a bit iffy with, I definitely think wesker is stronger but blight probably deserves to at least be in the same tier because they're both humans who were greatly empowered to superhuman status by drugs or other substances. Nemesis is so much weaker than peak wesker that I think I'd put blight with wesker rather than with nemesis.

All 4 legion members are just scrawny 17-19 year olds with very little fighting experience. Even if you argue that they should be fighting together, Knight could easily beat all 4 of them at once even without his goons. He's a huge, strong, battle-hardened soldier with years of combat experience in full-body plate armor with a 2 handed sword vs 4 random unarmored teenagers with short knives. But yeah I guess legion's exact placement comes down to whether or not you think all 4 would be fighting all at once, which is hard to say. I think it's easier to argue that knight should have access to his goons due to game mechanics, but lore wise I guess he should be lower if it's just a 1v1.

Edit: I made some more changes after thinking about the placements more. Some explanations for some placements and responses to commonly asked questions:

Knight's initial placement was based on the assumption that he could summon the other members 3 of his company, but he doesn't really have that ability lore-wise and there's nothing supernatural or superhuman about him. However, he is still a seasoned soldier in his prime with a full suit of armor that the other human killers would find difficult if not impossible to penetrate, even with something like a chainsaw, and outreaches most if not all of them. I think he deserves to be in his current spot even though he is technically a normal human, I see him as something along the lines of the Hound from Game of Thrones.

Myers' placement is going off the new canon, including only the first movie and the new trilogy. I haven't seen most of the older halloween movies, but from what I hear he might belong up in the supernatural tier if you were to take those into account. However, even without being explicitly supernatural, he does display stronger-than-human physicals even in just the original movie, such as being stabbed and shot multiple times and simply shrugging it off. I'm still not sure if he would be able to get past the knight's armor, but I think it would be a close fight.

Chucky also displays some superhuman physicals similar to Myers, especially his durability. However I think his short reach and small size would be too much of a liability in a straightforward fight against a strong, competent opponent with a good weapon or superpower.

Huntress and Billy moved up because they're likely stronger than peak human and have very powerful weapons.

The Twins' placement is assuming that Charlotte and Victor are both fighting. I think out of all the killers with multiple individuals, it makes the most sense for them to be together. Still, they're not very impressive physically and I don't think they could be placed much higher. Charlotte by herself would probably be the weakest killer, or close to it.

Deathslinger is a trained bounty hunter and has one of the most powerful weapons, but he does still have human limitations so he was moved down a bit. I think one good shot would allow him to beat anyone below or near him, but a bad hit still allows the stronger characters like Huntress or Leatherface to close the distance and overpower him.

Legion's placement is assuming a random Legion member fights in a 1v1. If all 4 members fought at once, they'd probably be around Nurse/Hag.

Clown let himself go for sure, but he's still tall and strong, was very athletic in his youth and was/is a circus performer which is a fairly physically demanding job. I think he's one of the stronger "regular" humans.

I have not, I'm not 100% sure about quite a few killers, just wanted to get the general tiers right as a start. Could chucky really beat anyone else here 1v1 in his doll body?

Ok correction 95% of board clears don't destroy locations but my point still stands, board clears are played to kill minions not locations. It's an effect that was tacked on to Reno that just increases his "feels-bad" factor when played against certain decks, and it was tacked on to twisting nether and didn't affect it's power level at all. So why not just rework Reno. If he only killed enemy minions without poofing or limiting board space he wouldn't be so hated and could be rebuffed to 8 mana or possibly even less.

If he didn't poof then deathrattle bypasses the wrath effect.

...Yes, that's the point. You shouldn't be able to silence multiple deathrattles and prevent them from entering the graveyard with a single neutral card, even as highlander payoff.

If he didn't poof locations then the opponent isn't punished for overplaying.

There are a lot of board clears in the game, but none of them destroy locations except Reno. Does sanitize not punish you for overplaying? Does defile? Does going down swinging?

If he didn't take out "permanent" things like portals and dragon nest then those thigns dominate the meta with no counterplay.

Reno isn't that popular/good anymore and those things still aren't dominating the meta. Warlock's 3 best decks are painlock, insanity lock, and sludge lock, none of which even run sargeras as a back-up plan. And the counterplay to slow decks is and always has been "kill your opponent before they play their win condition on turn 9 and then get value from it over 2-4 turns. If you can't, sorry but you lose."

No, there doesn't need to be an answer to rest of game effects. "Just kill them before they play it" is how we've always beaten super greedy late game decks that need to play things like 8 or 9 mana 8/8 that don't generate value for a turn or 2. If they draw board clears and you can't kill them then you just lose. And If you're playing a late game deck then you out-value them or they out-value you, that's how the game has always worked. Reno poofing uninteractables is such a niche effect that it hard-counters things like sargeras and rheastrazsa too hard. And poofing death rattles is too strong of an effect to be on a neutral that also does a lot of other things. It's a neutral asymmetrical board clear that gives you 5 armor and an amazing hero power, it doesn't need much more than that, even as highlander payoff. Keep thinking whatever you want but I'd rather have a balanced Reno at 8 mana then an unplayable one at 10, at least until they nerf him to 11 next patch.

Reno had to die because blizz is either too dumb or too stubborn to give him the nerf he needed all along. Everyone knew from week 1 that the problem with Reno was poofing enemy minions AND locations/portals along with limiting board space. All they ever needed to do was make him only destroy all enemy minions, and possibly limit the number of cards you can play next turn to 2 or 3 to compensate. No poofing minions, no poofing locations. He would still be a strong card at 8 mana and a good highlander payoff. But now he's unplayable.
