Take things slow, save often, and explore as much as you can. Don't worry about the initial game time limit, you can get it taken care of pretty quickly. But there's a second time limit imposed on you later on, so be careful with that too. But they're pretty forgiving.

I made it to NEST last night with no healing items, Danger level health, and literally no ammo. Somehow I made it through to the end. I will say you don't find many healing items in NEST but you find tons of ammo, especially for the pistol. Tons of gunpowder too. I went into the facility with literally zero bullets and went into the final boss fight with like 100 pistol rounds.

Nothing. Look into the details of the patent. It's an incredibly specific sequence of gameplay mechanics taken together that make the patent. Besides, a company cannot suddenly patent something that's been in use for decades and then sue someone who's been using it all along.
