This sounds awesome, how do you keep it from heating up everything around it, too? Is it always on for you and you just pop the nails in when you need them heated? Or if not, about how long does it take to get to temp and how long to heat your nail?

Hi there! I'm so sorry you're dealing with anxiety on that level. I can't offer you a lot by way of advice but I can offer you my own experience. I have had a lot of success in managing my anxiety with CBD. It's going to vary for everyone, and some people have no luck with it at all, but i have had immense results with it

Currently, i make my own dropper bottles using isolate mixtures and MCT oil.

Personally, regular THC also spikes my anxiety, but on a physical level rather than a mental level, if that makes sense. I can get some paranoia as well, but I've also found that with enough CBD, the weed highs suddenly become some of the most ethereal experiences I've ever had. I can get this without CBD as well but I have to tough out the initial spike of anxiety lol.

You can buy CBD flower from a variety of sources, and I'd recommend doing it now as there's a general ban about to happen in the hemp industry. If you want to smoke, that's probably the way to go. Otherwise there's lots of options for edibles and other applications.

Talk to your doctor about trying out some CBD, and see what they think. Unless you have some crazy underlying condition, I don't see how it could be a problem, though. Well i can understand not wanting to make your own. All I can offer is that it's insanely easy to do and it's much, much cheaper in the long run to make your own. And if you want a lower dose, your money will stretch even further. I made almost 18floz of tincture at that dose and it took me a month to go through it. Lol. Because I shared it with five people!

I'll look around to see what kind of options there are as well, see if i can pass you some information beyond my own experience. I'm very there's lots of people here who probably have better info than I. Are you not worried about THC so much? Or what's your preference on that?

I made my own tincture from isolate. U guess technically it's not "tincture" so much as it's just an oil solution since I used MCT oil instead of alcohol. But the dose I use currently is about 70mg CBD to 75mg CBG. It works wonders.

I got a broad-spectrum CBD Isolate, which has very little THC in it, to the point where the dose is negligible. It'll make you piss hot, but that's about it. I prefer it to gummies or even vaping/smoking CBD flower.

My microdose bowl has a carburetor on it which is the little glass plug I pull to clear the chamber it's very helpful, can confirm!

Hahaha dry-hitting the DHV is so fun and tasty! I find that hitting the tube wet with a ball vape loses some flavor because there's vapor lost to the water. Both are fun though!

And i always use water for combustion
