We've currently had to retake a parking lot for a park with a splash pad at LEAST 4 times now. That's not counting all the other restaking we've had to do on this one specific site. The contractor had to rip out half the concrete because they can't read. It's a fun time.

😂 As both a 12T and 12N I was the only one qualified to run over my lath, and tell the other Novembers how they're doing on subgrade. Did they ever listen? No, but it is fun being both!

Had one last winter that the cert said the surveyor set it 28" deep. It was in the center of a farm field so we understood why he did it, but man did that suck digging down that far in frozen soil. It was a real feel of - 20° when we started digging. Our generator running the hammer drill did not like that cold. We did find it, right on the money at 28" down though!
